JOURNEY TO NATURE CONSERVANCY – 2-NIGHT PACKAGE

Tambo Ilusión is a country home where you are invited to experience the pleasure of being on a nature reserve where the forest and water spring have been voluntarily protected by its owner for the past 39 years. Here, all efforts are made to reach the sustainability of the nature conservation project through eco-tourism, wellness, and rural tourism.
The protected water spring, which is referred to as the lagoon is a joy to swim in and the hammocks by the lagoon are a joy to rest in. The lagoon is also a great spot to observe the variety of birds that drop in for a swim and to hydrate. There is a path in the protected forest where the biodiversity of plants can be witnessed. You can also take a tour of the Amazonian medicinal plant garden.
Each 'tambo' (bungalow) is independent and has two comfortable double beds with mosquito nets, a private bathroom with a hot water shower, and a screened porch with two hammocks.
This program includes:
- 2 nights in a cozy bungalow, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners (all meals served are vegetarian or vegan), free access to filtered drinking water, Wi-Fi in the dining area, and transfers to and from the airport.
Important to bring:
- Flashlight, bug repellent, appropriate clothing for walking in the forest, long sleeves, long pants, hat or cap, bathing suit, and a good book (optional).
Additional services upon request:
- Yoga class, Reiki session, massage session, acupuncture session, a plant bath with Amazonian plants, a guided tour of the medicinal garden.
Booking policies:
- All reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
- To confirm your reservation, a payment of 100% of the cost of the lodging via bank transfer or PayPal is required. Food and drink consumption and optional activities are payable as you go. Payments are made in advance for services or activities where a reservation is required.
- Late check-out until 2:00 p.m. will be at no additional cost if you request lunch at Tambo Ilusion. The extension of the departure time between 12:00 and 18:00 has an additional charge of 10 USD per person. This extension must be coordinated the day prior to departure.
- Children up to two years of age do not pay if they are accompanied by two adults and share the room with their parents. Each room has two double beds. There is no space to add an extra bed.
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities.
Current cancellation policies:
- In case of cancellation, when done a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival all deposits are refundable minus the bank transfer costs (if applicable) or your stay can be postponed or transferred to another date.
- Discounts or refunds are not applied for late arrivals or hasty departures. Early departure from the Tambo Ilusion will be considered a cancellation and there will be no refund in the unfortunate event that a traveler finds it necessary to cut their holidays short.
